Using Your Recommendations

Understanding Plan Options

We provide three plans tailored to your needs:

  • Recommended Plan: Our best match based on your specific requirements
  • Budget Option: Most affordable plan that meets your basic needs
  • Premium Option: Higher-end plan with additional features

Finding Store Locations

For each recommended plan, we provide:

  • Exact store addresses of the nearest locations
  • Store hours and opening times
  • Direct link to Google Maps directions
  • Backup store options if primary location is closed

Tip: Click "Get directions" to open Google Maps with the store location automatically entered

Saving Your Recommendations

You can save your recommendations for offline access:

  • Click "Save Plan" to get a PDF version sent to your email
  • Use "Share" to copy a link to your recommendations
  • Your recommendations are accessible for 30 days through your unique link

Payment & Access Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

Can I access my recommendations on multiple devices?

Yes, once you've purchased your recommendations, you can access them on any device by using the same link or by checking the email we send you.

How long can I access my recommendations?

Your personalized recommendations remain accessible for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Technical Questions

What if I can't see the store location map?

Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If you still have issues, you can click "Get directions" which will open Google Maps directly.

The email with my recommendations hasn't arrived

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, use the "Resend Email" option on your recommendations page or contact our support.

Can I update my preferences after getting recommendations?

Currently, you would need to complete the questionnaire again for new recommendations. We're working on adding the ability to update preferences in the future.

Phone Plan Questions

What if my phone is locked to another carrier?

Our recommendations include information about unlocking your phone. You can also click "How to check if your phone is unlocked" in the recommendations for detailed instructions.

Do I need my passport to get a SIM card?

Yes, most carriers in Australia require ID verification. A passport is the easiest form of ID for international visitors. Our recommendations specify what documents to bring.

What if the recommended store is closed?

We provide backup store options for each recommendation. Look for the "Backup Option" section in your recommendations.

Do your recommendations work for any phone?

Our recommendations work for almost all modern smartphones. If you have a very old phone, check the "Known Coverage Issues" section to ensure compatibility.

Troubleshooting

Payment Not Processing

If your payment isn't going through:

  • Check that your card details are entered correctly
  • Ensure your card is enabled for international transactions
  • Try a different browser or device
  • Use PayPal as an alternative payment method

Can't Access Recommendations

If you can't access your recommendations:

  • Check if you're using the correct link
  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
  • Contact support with your payment confirmation email

PDF Download Issues

If you're having trouble downloading the PDF:

  • Make sure you have a PDF reader installed
  • Try opening in a different browser
  • Request the recommendations by email instead
